Terms and conditions
By submitting your order and approving these terms & conditions, the customer enters a binding agreement.
By ordering items via the webshop the customer makes an offer to conclude a purchase agreement. We reserve the right to alter or adjust the price of our products at any given time at our discretion. We also reserve the right to mention the right price for an item when it was incorrectly mentioned on the website at the time of placing an order.
The website of Belle’s Club could subject to change, yet we thrive to update as accurate as possible. We reserve the right not to deliver in the event if the stock level was incorrect or in the event of unforeseen circumstances at the time of receiving the order.
When we are unable to deliver, in accordance with the terms in the confirmation of order, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to cancel the order. If the payment has been made in advance, your money will be refunded within 30 days. In the event of late deliveries a new delivery date will be offered. If this is not suitable then you have the right to cancel the order.
The prices listed in the Belle’s Club online shop include country specific VAT and exclude shipping fees. The shipping fees will be added to the order at the check out. We offer payments via iDeal.

3 SHIPPING & RETURNS
You have have the right to return a purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. After you received the product, you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there. The product must return unused and undamaged in all original packaging. Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it.
Do note that you can not return or exchange webshop purchased items at Belle’s Club retail stores.
When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements (for example, if it is used, washed, soiled or damaged) we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. it will not be refunded and we will send it back to your delivery address at your expense
The customer is responsible for the return-shipping costs
Yes, the customer will pay a fixed amount for the return shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation. Due to the fact the customer is always responsible for the return package. Please send a heads up to firstname.lastname@example.org when a return is heading our way.

Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other colour or size of your product is reserved for you. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs apply to an exchange.
An employee checks the packing before shipment. Therefor shipping can take up to two days.

All rights, including copyrights at Belle’s Club online remain with Belle’s Club.
