BELLE’S CLUB RETURN, EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY
You have the right to return a purchase without giving any reason within a period of 14 calendar days after the day of delivery of the goods. After you received the product, you have the right to open the package and check if everything is there. The product must return unused and undamaged in all original packaging. Please note that, until the product reaches us, you are responsible for it.
Do note that you can not return or exchange webshop purchased items at Belle’s Club retail stores.

When the returned merchandise doesn’t meet our requirements (for example, if it is used, washed, soiled or damaged) we reserve the right to refuse the return or exchange. it will not be refunded and we will send it back to your delivery address at your expense
The customer is responsible for the return-shipping costs
Yes, the customer will pay a fixed amount for the return shipping. We strongly recommend purchasing tracking and or delivery confirmation. Due to the fact the customer is always responsible for the return package. Please send a heads up to firstname.lastname@example.org when a return is heading our way.

Please do this as soon as possible to ensure the desired other colour or size of your product is reserved for you. The maximum amount of days to exchange your product is 14 days after receiving it. All full price items are eligible for a one time exchange. The same term and conditions apply to exchanges as they do to returns. Note that extra shipping costs apply to an exchange.
